Gracien was born & raised in the construction
industry in Grand Falls, worked in the family
business for 12 yrs and became self employed
in 1973. Gracien has a total of 45 years in the
construction industry.

construction business.

The first piece of equipment that
was bought by Gracien Rioux Construction was a loader. Then, a second Loader & a Bulldozer were purchased and he hired
his first 2 full-time employees.
Over many years, Mr. Rioux has been expanding his business by increasing the company's
equipment inventory, their services offered and staff. This has been possible with the assistance of a dedicated
employee of 14 years, Mr. Yvon Michaud. We also have 2 civil engineering technologists
on staff.
The company currently
employees 10 full-time employees and an additional 15 employees on a seasonal basis.
